Our unique data bank contains all of Sweden’s companies, including articles of association and other company-specific information, which enables us to deliver high quality at attractive prices.
Our core competencies are the knowledge and facts we have about a broad selection of sectors and companies. We have gained this knowledge through our subsidiary Valuation, which is the largest company for the valuation of small- and mid-sized companies in Sweden. Valuation has approximately 75% of the market in Sweden.
Our search process is tailored to identify companies and key individuals with a decisive ownership interest. Identifying, contacting and sparking an interest with these companies and individuals requires a thorough, judicious and insightful approach. In addition, all contacts must take place under strict confidentiality. Without this, there won’t be a shift in ownership.
